i am pleased to announce…I am SO excited to offer this internship because I FULLY BELIEVE in the change it can create for you and your business!! I am so excited you are here and interested in our 2026 internship! This internship program is for photographers at ANY level, as long as you have a camera, you are good to go. You will learn in-depth knowledge on posing & prompting, directing & shooting, editing, branding & marketing, creating a website, taxes, leveling up your business, booking clients, and more! This internship focuses specifically with seniors and weddings, so interest in those two avenues is recommended. You will have ample opportunities to build your portfolio as well as shadow and grow your confidence, and I cannot wait to see it happen!
This internship is for people 17 and older and applicants must be in the Twin Cities Metro area (I reside in Maple Grove). The internship is mainly unpaid, with the exception of second shooting weddings upon availability. The applicant must have a mode of transportation to get to my residence, as well as photoshoots. This position is ideal for photographers eager to have a hands-on learning experience and aren’t afraid of growth and putting themselves out there!!
This internship will start in mid April and will go until my last wedding of 2026, which is currently October 30th. Time commitment is flexible, but my hope is that you will be able to assist all Gold senior shoots, second shoot or assist the majority of my weddings, and have monthly editing/ ask anything hang sessions with the team.
